Her StoryAs a Yogapreneur Alex has been on her own journey of burnout and failure. Through it all yoga and meditation and healthy eating woke her up to the importance of her daily rituals to find balance as a busy business owner. Over 2+ decades her designs and techniques have been featured internationally in magazines from Yoga Journal to Fashion TV. Now she wants to bring the ingredients for the success of her morning rituals out of her cd + book and into your home by assisting you in creating long term sustainable daily rituals, one morning at a time.

Alex is an extraordinarily unique person. I worked with Alex on the holistic interior design of my loft, and it was a journey that I will never forget. She converted my loft into my sanctuary. Given that I work from home, and particularly now given COVID forcing us to stay indoors most of the time, I realize more than ever what a gift it is to have a home that is set up for my comfort, for my work and for my down time. Now, on joining her new 1 year program, I intend to bring her teachings further into my life, incorporating balance, yoga, and mindfulness into my very busy schedule.

What is the Yoga + Rituals Program 2022?
The Yoga + Rituals Program is a yoga and holistic course starting January 2022 founded by Yogini + Interior Designer, Alex Leikermoser. This program was developed to build and share the practices and insights you need for living a balanced and fulfilling life - both inside and out.
Your guide and inspiratress Alex, understands how to create that inner sacred space to build a new positive outcome for you and your health. By creating daily inspiring rituals that address the mind, body, soul, and spirit, and learning about a wide range of topics (like the principles of feng shui, organic food recipes, how to feel lighter and brighter, and much, much more), this program can be compared to visiting an inspirational retreat centre.

How much time do I need to commit?
The Yoga + Rituals Program is designed for flexibility. It is a 12-month guided course accessed through the yogagurl online studio. While there are 3 live small group Yoga classes throughout the week (Wednesday Morning, Thursday Evening, Saturday Morning), everything is recorded via Zoom. You will have access to a Media Library which will house all of the recorded content should you not be able to make a live event.
It is encouraged to come to as many events/classes as possible and to follow along with the monthly lesson plans to reap the most rewards, but should life get in the way, we've got you covered! Alex dedicates her time to making sure you don't fall off the bandwagon and works with you to find a way to continue your daily rituals so that you can be the best version of yourself. Remember, what you get out of this course relates directly to what you put in and the time you spend cultivating your daily rituals.

Where do I access the course and live-streamed yoga classes?
Yogagurl has an online studio, you will need a free ZOOM account via Hey Marvelous that once you enroll, you will gain access to. You can bookmark this page in your browser and return to it when you need. All video lessons and live-streams will happen within this online studio.
