10 Morning Yoga + Rituals to Begin Your Day off On the Right Foot
The way you begin your morning sets the tone for the rest of the Day, even 5 minute practice can ground you and bring you into your flow.
Here are a few of my favourites, create your own routine (if you get stuck I'm here to assist):
1) Wake up early - get your body in tune with the morning sunrise
2) Drink a glass of warm lemon water - great for alkalinity
3) Scrape Your Tongue
4) Oil Pulling - to remove toxins
5) Do a Simple yoga Stretch routine and plan on one class a week ( join our group to make it easy)
6) Rebound 100 times - I love my mini trampoline + it gets me in a playful mood, also great for thyroid
7) Dry Brushing for releasing toxins
8) Play a inspiring song and move and sing to it
9) Meditate for 5-20 minutes
10) Write and read your affirmation ( I love to assist my clients in writing their personal affirmation)
11) Do a clearing technique (ho'oponopono or tapping or deep breaths)
12) Write out the top 3 important things you'd like to get done for the day
