This is a chance to work directly with Alex Leikermoser of yogagurl online via livestream (runs through zoom), and create your own positive piece of word art for yourself or a friend.

Paint Positive Words/Mantra Workshop

In this empowering 2 hour workshop with wellness coach and mentor Alex Leikermoser you'll be led with a guided meditation followed by art making. The idea is to get into the moment and to tap into your inner flow and creativity.

This word or phrase, in addition to the colours painted, will serve as a daily reminder of what you wish to remind yourself of. By the end of the workshop you will be more connected to your inner artist and creative self.

• Guided meditation so you can calm your mind and open up to your inner artist and paint freely.

Outdoor Art + Word Trail - March 13 - April 4

You can visit the outdoor part of my art exhibit on the property of The Alton Arts Mill. Its a beautiful walk past the waterfall and a short trail in the forest. See if you can discover the 6 words art pieces and make a positive sentence or mantra to share with friends. Click the map and instructions below for more info! Leave about 30-40 min to do the walk.
