Reena Kudhail (Instructor)
After working with private patients and competitive athletes to accomplish their goals of preventing and rehabilitating athletic injuries, Reena felt there was more she needed to learn.
Originally from Montreal, she completed a 300 hour teacher training at Yoga Therapy Toronto; where she learned a holistic approach to working with the human body. Reena uses her strong anatomy skills and previous training in Athletic Therapy to instruct classes that challenge you while respecting your limits. Concentrating on physical health and mental well-being, she uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind while promoting strength, balance and flexibility. Reena is also trained in Restorative and Yin Yoga. Her teaching style is gentle, informative and done with grace and ease.
