Building off of the success of the Earth ~ Heart 4-day Summer program, we've created a monthly workshop designed to tap into courage and strength, as well as empower the youth throughout the month.
A combination of fun wellness activities ranging from yoga, meditation, art and games. Great for girls and boys ages approximately 10-13 who want to explore, experience, and connect with their heart!
