Take 3 deep breaths in and out of your nose as you sit tall in your chair...

Take a pen and paper. Answer these 3 questions.
1) What is the problem?
2) What are some solutions?
3) What is the best solution?

Take 3 more deep breaths...Ahhhhh

Take action steps toward your solutions so you feel you are moving forward. Make a phone call. Send an email. You are already doing it!

The best items I ever purchased are your arm warmers.

I have a pinched ulnar nerve on my left side and have problems with my left arm going cold around the elbow. I also have thyroid problems and am post-menopausal. With the inconsistent heating and air conditions where I work, I usually end up with most of me sweating and my arm cold to the touch.

The arm warmer is good for me because I don't have to run around with 1 arm inside of a sweater and the rest of the sweater slung over my shoulder because it is too hot for me to wear the complete garment.

I can keep my arm warm without over-heating the rest of me.
